Steam, hot tub, massages — stays for body and head. Spa triangle, thermal Hungary, private wellness.
7 profiles
Instead of one blanket mailing, every customer gets a different message. For each profile we show two email types — a regular newsletter (flash sale) and an abandoned-browse flow that fires when a customer views a stay but doesn't book.
Demo previews — products are live from the catalogue, copy is illustrative.
Not as labour-intensive as it looks
A segment emerges gradually — from tiny signals a customer leaves naturally as they browse the site, open emails and book stays. No big one-off quiz required.

You don't need all of it at once. One signal (a click, a filter, an opened email) is enough to drop someone into a segment. The rest fills in over time — segments get sharper with every visit.
Active stays with half board — fuel for the next trail. Dolomites, Krkonoše, Tatras, bike rental included.
Hotels within reach of cafés and galleries. Vienna, Krakow, Budapest — the weekend you only leave because you have to.
Private wellness, candlelit dinners, child-free hotels. No compromises, just quiet for two.
Kids' club, water park, half board and baby-friendly hotels. Happy kids = happy parents.
Apartments for 4+, all inclusive, slopes and pubs. Stays where nobody gets bored.
Last minute, first minute, free night, discount card. No chill — if there's a sale, there's a sale.
ℹ️ Heads up: The 14 sample emails open in Czech — that's what Travelking actually ships. The same structure works in any language; English versions can be generated from the same script on request.
Newsletter = regular flash-sale campaign (code LETOVOLA, 5 %, ends midnight), with a profile-specific angle in the hero, copy, stay picks, menu and secondary CTAs. Abandoned browse = trigger flow that fires after a viewed-but-not-booked stay — hero product + 4 alternatives + 4 recommendations, all tied to the customer's segment.
What this means in practice: same moment → 7 different experiences. CTR rises because the customer gets what they actually care about. Independent of the quiz — segments can be built from behavioural data alone (clicks, bookings, searches).
